We work with Farms directly to source good materials for our products. We aim to understand Farms’ growing system to be able to evaluate their ability of controlling the quality uniformity before signing long-term contract with them.

We set up our own materials quality standards, depending on the final products quality requirements. Every material lot is checked and assured of required standards before receiving. 

We share and carefully explain every defect / issue we find when receiving fresh materials with Farm and Factory so that every concerned Party has the same eyes on quality control. At the same time, we discuss with Farm to find the reasons & countermeasures to avoid the same issue happens again in future.
