Conveniently packaged as frozen pho, they’re quick and easy to prepare with a fast boil time of just 30 seconds to 1 minute. The noodles are compatible with various cooking methods, including microwave and steam convection ovens.

In addition to traditional pho dishes, they’re also suitable for stir-fried recipes like Pad Thai and Pho Xao. Because the noodles are pre-cooked, they don’t release starch into the broth, making them perfect for use in hot pots or other soup-based meals.
